Enter the 6 digit code from the McCafe coffee packet
Provide an email address, customers ZIP code and Offer on-pack Coupon Code
The Egg McMuffin or Sausage McMuffin with Egg within 24 to 48 hours by email from the time of entering the code.
The code must be used within 7 days of receipt
Drive on up to the Golden Archers in your area and claim you free breakfast sammy
